Research on Geologic Characterization and 3D Geological Modeling for Low Permeability Reservoir

In recent years, low permeability reservoirs have accounted for 70% of China's new oil reserves, among which the Ordos basin accounts for more than half, with considerable development potential. Therefore, the efficient development of low permeability reservoir is urgent.. In order to fully understand the properties of reservoir before development, using core observation, rock thin section and other test data, this paper focused on the research of reservoir petrology characteristics, reservoir sedimentary microfacies and sand body distribution, reservoir physical characteristics and heterogeneity of Chang 4+522 formation in Wuqi oilfield in Ordos basin. Then, based on these research results, 3D geological model of reservoir was established. The results show that Chang 4+522 formation has the rock type of fine⁃grained feldspar sandstone; mainly develops subaqueous distributary channel sedimentary microfacies and large thickness, wide distributed and good continuity sand body; belongs to low porosity, low permeability heterogeneous reservoir. On the basis of comprehensive geological studies, the structural model, phase model, porosity and permeability model of Chang 4+522 reservoir in Wuqi oilfield established are accurate and reliable. Studies on reservoir physical characteristics plays a good constraint role in the modeling process. The established 3D static model of the reservoir will serve as the foundation for dynamic flow simulation in the next step. The research approach can also provide reference for the preliminary research of the similar project.

Preparation of Hβ/OMC and Adsorption Desulfurization

The composite material Hβ/OMC containing the mesoporous carbon (OMC) and Hβ zeolite was synthesized. This composite was characterized with XRD, BET, FITR, SEM and TEM. The adsorption desulfurization performance of Hβ/OMC was investigated with benzothiophene (BT) as the probe molecule. The adsorption thermodynamics and kinetics of the BT on Hβ/OMC were studied. The characterization results showed that Hβ/OMC has the micro⁃mesoporous hierarchical pore structure, its specific surface area, pore volume and pore diameter are all higher than those of OMC. The saturated sulfur capacity of BT on Hβ/OMC is higher than OMC. Compared with Freundlich adsorption isotherm model, the adsorption of BT on Hβ/OMC is more consistent with Langmuir model. The adsorption of BT on Hβ/OMC is a process of spontaneous, exothermic and degree of confusion reduction, which is described better by pseudo⁃two⁃kinetic equations than pseudo⁃one⁃kinetic equations.

Deoxidant Selection for Improving Gelling Effect of  Profile-Control Agent in Niuxintuo Oilfield

In the 20 years of waterflood development in the Niuxintuo oilfield, the contradiction between water injection in plane and interlayer is prominent, so it is urgent to adjust the injectivity profile, especially for depth profile control. Using the existing profile control agent system to improve the profile control, the effect of gel formation is poor, and the profile control effect is not satisfactory. It has been found that the presence of dissolved oxygen in the profile control agent is the main factor affecting the effect of profile modification. The site provides the polymer, crosslinking agent and water samples, the use of commonly uses deoxidant on Niuxintuo oilfield profile control agent to improve the effect to carry out a series of laboratory experiments.The results show that sodium benzoate and hyposulphite for improving the effect of gumforming compound have certain effect.

Research of Adsorption Desulfurization by Using Metal Modified Mesoporous Carbon

    Mesoporous carbon was prepared by loading four different metal ions Ag+/MC, Zn2+/MC, Cu2+/MC, and Fe3+/MC by impregnation method using mesoporous carbon (MC) as the carrier.The influence of the loading quality and the species of the metal ions on the adsorption were investigated.The results show that the adsorption capacity of two thiophene (DBT) can be improved by loading Ag+, Zn2+, Cu2+ and Fe3+ on the surface of mesoporous carbon.The optimum adsorption efficiency of mesoporous carbon with different metals is compared. The order of adsorption capacity of DBT is Ag+/MC>Zn2+/MC>Cu2+/MC>Fe3+/MC. Among them, the adsorption efficiency of loading 10% Ag+ on the mesoporous carbon is best. Compared with the untreated mesoporous carbon sulfur saturation capacity increases 1.11 mg/g, through the sulfur capacity also rises 1.93 mg/g.

Production Process Optimization of Detail on Multi-Diameter Shafts Used for Rail Truck

Different batches of multidiameter shafts used for rail truck, produced by 0Cr16Ni5Mo in a factory, were tested, analyzed and researched by many testing techniques. They were chemical composition analysis, mechanics performance testing, ultrasonic flaw detection, microstructure observation, areascan of elements and energy dispersive spectrometer analysis. The results showed that the products smelted in a dualprocess and forged in different stage could meet technical requirement. The smelting process was smelting in vacuum induction furnace and electroslag remelting. Diameter of the electrode bar was 330 mm and diameter of the steel ingot smelted was 610 mm. Some conclusions were drawn in this paper. One was that the accurate control on chemical component of the electrode bar could be achieved by setting correct parameters on the frequentness of whisking and temperature in refining period. The other was that the gaseous oxygen content also reduced from 66×10-6 to 30×10-6. Besides, detailed optimized parameters of Multidiameter shaft produced by 0Cr16Ni5Mo in the process were determined. The smelting frequency was 150 Hz. The whisking rate of flow with gaseous Ar was 7080 L/min and the whisking frequency 65 Hz. The temperature of the homogenized diffusion process was 1 150 for 3 h and 1 050 for 5 h. The tonnage in the stage of upsetting and molding were 3 500 and 2 000 respectively.

Synthesis of Didodecyl Carbonate by Transesterification

The synthesis of didodecyl carbonate was studied by transesterification progress using dimethyl carbonate and lauryl alcohol as the starting materials, and the prepared organotin compound as catalyst. Results indicated that the best synthetic condition were: the mole ratio of bay alcohol to dimethyl carbonate 2, heating temperature of 120 , reaction time 3 h, mass fraction of catalyst to materials was 5% under atmospheric pressure using organotin as catalyst. Under the optimal synthetic conditions, the yield of DDC was 55.57%, the selectivity was 74.25%, and the total yield of carbonic acid esters of laurel was 75.16%.

The Effect of the Measuring on Sulfur Content of Catalytic Diesel Fuel with MicroCoulometry

The mass fraction of sulfur contained in the catalytic diesel was determined by microcoulometry measurement, the effects of the integral resistance and magnification to the measurement results were investigated, and in addition, the optimal conditions were confirmed. Under the optimized conditions,precision and recovery rate of the external standard samples on catalytic diesel were investigated, and showed that the sulfur content measured with pretty good accuracy and repeatability with a magnification of 200 times, integral resistance of 600 Ω. It was a simple, rapid and accurate method for measuring large quantities of samples.

Design and Implementation of Embedded Multiaspect Video Monitoring System

Based on embedded system and network communication technology, a multiaspect video monitoring system was designed and developed from the angle of functional diversity. AV capturing, playing and AVI file recording were implemented in local monitoring; remote video playing and transcription were implemented based on IP network in client monitoring; the monitoring page can be obtained in the browser by means of establishing a embedded Web server; the site images can be send to users' cellphone anytime via GPRS network in MMS monitoring. The experimental results show that the above-mentioned four kinds of monitoring modes can work in parallel and achieve the expected effect.

Acidity on Extraction Mechanism of La(Ⅲ) in P 204-HCl-H 3AOH Extraction System

In the conditions of pH >1, 0<pH≤1 and pH<0, P 204-kerosene system and the organic phase loading La in the P 204-HCl-H 3AOH were studied by infrared spectroscopy. The effect of acidity on extraction mechanism of La(Ⅲ) in P 204-HCl-H 3AOH extraction system was investigated. The results show that displacement reaction between La and P-OH, and the mechanism is cation exchange when the value of pH>1. Both the group of P=O and the group of P-OH react with La and the extraction mechanism is the dual mechanism theory of cation exchange mechanism and salvation complex mechanism. Thus, the extraction capacity of La in the condition of 0<pH≤1 is increased. When the value of pH≤0, the two groups of P=O and P-OH, especially P=O, take part in the complex reaction.

Synthesis of ETBE Over Mesoporous Super Acidic Catalyst

SO2-4/ZrO2-SBA-15 catalyst was directly synthesized and characterized with XRD, BET and NH3-TPD. The results showed that this catalyst presents the typical mesoporous structure of SBA-15 and super acidity. This catalyst was used in the synthesis of ethyl tertiary butyl ether (ETBE) with ethanol and tert-butyl alcohol as raw materials on the fixed bed reactor. Its catalytic activity turns out superior to some other kinds of microporous zeolites, such as ZSM-5, USY and mordenite.
